Hello gloomy Monday. I got up quite early this morning and immediately took an action. As I was working on additional project for Instagram stickers I was super ready to make it live Monday morning like a real pro. In fact I have sacrifies so much of my time to prepare it that I could not wait any longer. I also had my very favourite dish for breakfast, I took some pictures and I am back here again. By the computer post producing my photos with hope you'll all enjoy it. Below I share great breakfast/lunch/brunch idea for every one who like egg and what to make it different way. Most delicious Shakshuka with typical Indian spices.

  1. In the large pan add olive oil and fry diced onion, pepper and minced garlic until golden.
  2. Add cumin, turmeric and smoked paprika - mix well.
  3. Put chopped tomatoes or tomato paste into the veggies and saute until all will be soft.
  4. Add chopped coriander, mix again.
  5. In prepare vegetables make 4 equal holes for eggs. Crack one egg into each hole.
  6. Cove with lid and poach eggs until egg white congealed.

Waiting for better times to come. Enjoying my food, music, birds tweeting, sun, rain, coffee and quietude.

What you thing about this funky eggs? Would you prepare it home? Not sure yet? I'm telling you is soooooo worthy. Like my nephew always says - I'll love it until the space stops.

Wherever you are I wish you best.
