Home made lasagne

The day is going well. Every morning routine done, lunch cooked haven't been eaten yet tho. 2 coffees checked. Photos taken, postproduction result very good. I have spoken with my sister and my mum - they always make me smile. Then have lost 3 hours on line looking for protection masks and gloves but this is nowhere to find or estimated delivery time is the end of May. Delivery is the biggest nightmare on the island - it does not work like on the mainland. Always delayed or super expensive.  No fun! Not happy bunny! :( From the next week on we will be released to have an hour walk or run. Happy to hear that - some good news in here for as on the island. In the meantime I want to share my recipie for my delish lasagne. Have a look.

Stay tuned. I think the side salad for pasta is not a very common side although I think this is kind of good idea. Believe me is very refreshing and goes well with the whole meal.

Wherever you are I wish you best.
